Problem
Leads were manually tracking and following up on employees who still had pending or incomplete trainings. This made it time-consuming to identify which employees had not completed their required training and which teams still needed follow-up.
Resolution
Developed a Power BI Training Compliance Dashboard that consolidates training data into one centralized view. The dashboard allows leads to quickly see:
Employees with pending or incomplete trainings
Teams that have not yet completed their required trainings
Training completion and compliance status
Teams or employees that require follow-up
This provides leads with a clear and centralized view instead of manually checking and tracking training completion.

Quiz responses were collected through a manual, fragmented process that made it difficult to maintain accurate cybersecurity-related records. Tracking submissions across email, spreadsheets, and shared records required repeated effort and increased the risk of missed, duplicate, or inconsistent data.
Resolution
A Power Automate workflow captures new quiz-response emails, validates and records responses in Excel, and synchronizes records with SharePoint. Duplicate checks prevent existing records from being recreated, while scheduled cleanup keeps the dataset organized and ready for use.

Siebel components may become maxed out when the number of running tasks reaches or exceeds the configured maximum (NUM_RUN >= MAX_TASKS). This can affect component availability and may require manual monitoring/restart.
Resolution
Automates Siebel component monitoring by using srvrmgr to track task usage, filter out excluded components, detect maxed-out states, safely restart affected components (kill then start), and log all actions while retaining only the 10 most recent log files.
